Bulova Ambassador 23J Automatic (#0503113)

Automatic watches are generally considered the "creme de la creme" of vintage watches and this  Bulova 23J Ambassador Automatic is another great example from the early 1960's.

The dial is a lovely gold metallic & bears the legend "Bulova Ambassador" beneath 12 O'clock and "Automatic 23 Jewels" above 6. The lettering and batons  are a lovely dark chocolate colour as are the hands. The hands have a real elegance to them as they sweep around the dial.

This is a good solid watch and the case is gold plated stainless steel with little signs of wear and tear. The crown is big and fat and has a solid feel to it.

The rear of the case has "BULOVA, Stainless steel back & a serial number 3-145719"

This watch comes with a new, thick ,luxury calf grain real leather strap.

This lovely vintage automatic is running strong and keeps great time. It can be yours for only £65 !!
